Guidance by Esu is Esu's school: a week in Puglia twice a year, a sixty-day reading of the Transmissions, a six-month journey to the Higher Self, and a community that practises every week. The books are free at the-remembrance.org. The teaching, the rhythm and the company are what the school offers.
Guidance by Esu Retreat
Seven days given to three gateways: non-judgement, non-attachment and non-resistance. Twelve people, one villa in the south of Italy, and a week in which to put down what you have been carrying.
Villa Riggia, Santa Caterina di Nardò, Puglia. A rustic Italian property with houses set among the trees, a short walk from the sea. Airport transfers are arranged for everyone.

EUR 2,934 a place. Pay in full, or hold your place with a deposit of EUR 995 and settle the balance by invoice before the retreat, in one or two parts.
Accommodation, food, transfers, every activity, the coaching and the ceremonies are included. Couples sharing a bed: write to us. A refund can be discussed up to six weeks before the retreat; within six weeks it is not possible. Payment is taken by Stripe; the receipt comes from Stripe.
Two journeys, online
One is sixty days through the Transmissions with a daily practice and a weekly call. The other is six months to the Higher Self, a lesson and a meditation a week. Both are small, live and held.

Sixty consecutive days through The Esu Transmissions, Book I: Remembering the Self, one practice a day from the book, ten to fifteen minutes, with the Map of Illusion in the first thirty days and the Art of Being Real in the second.
Every week a ninety-minute live call with Esu: a teaching, a transmission, and room for your questions. Nine calls in all, recorded for anyone who misses one. A seventy-five-page study companion to write in. A private group away from social media for the sixty days.
The physical book is needed: the practices refer to its pages. The free edition at the-remembrance.org serves for reading; the paperback is on Amazon.
Awaken Your Higher Self

A six-month journey in seven modules: conscious awareness; fresh and repeat experience; the Human Signature and its filters (masculine and feminine energy, archetypes, love languages, levels of consciousness); the archetypes at work in you; integration and manifestation; the blueprints of plants and animals; and spiritual synergy, where it all comes home.
A new lesson every week for twenty-five weeks, each with a guided hypnotherapy meditation and an exercise. Seven live calls with Esu. Seven community calls with the Awaken mentors, all graduates. A private Telegram group with Esu and the mentors.
Every week, together
The school's community meets on Skool. A Sunday Service, a Wednesday Wisdom, a masterclass each month, and a Classroom built from the seven books of the Remembrance, ten minutes a day.

Esu
Esu is the author of the seven books of the Remembrance and the teacher of this school.
He writes from Tenerife and teaches in English, in person twice a year in Puglia and online through the year. His teaching has one subject: that there is nothing to seek, and everything to remember.
